Fall Festival
Join Us for an Evening of Fall Fun with the Niemes Community!
Mark your calendars for our Fall Festival on Friday, October 25th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on campus. We have a fantastic evening lined up with something for everyone Music, Carnival Games, Prizes, Inflatable Obstacle Courses, Trunk of Treat FREE Photo Booth (courtesy of the Niemes PTA) – Capture and take home a printed memory of the night and a Themed Walk-Through Experience at the Nature Center. Enjoy a variety of food and snack.
All proceeds from ticket sales will directly benefit Niemes students, helping fund classroom supplies, field trips, reading books, and much more to enhance our children's learning experiences.

We Need You!
Join us at Fall Festival!! We need many volunteers to help make this event a success. Volunteers are needed to both set up before and clean up after the festival, as well as monitor various activities during the event. Sign up here.
TICKETS SALES
Entry to the Fall Festival is free; tickets may be purchased to buy food and participate in various activities (NO cards or cash will be accepted at any of the fall festival booths). Save time and money by purchasing one (or more!) of the following pre-sale ticket packages before the event:
$5 ---- 5 tickets + 1 Inflatable entry pass
$10--- 10 tickets + 3 Inflatable entry passes
$25--- 20 tickets + 1 Wristband for inflatables (unlimited entries) + 1 Trunk or Treat entry pass
**with this package only, additional wristband + trunk or treat entry may be purchased for $5
Pre-sale tickets can be purchased in three ways:
Return the completed orange form sent home with your student with payment in cash (no checks accepted); tickets will be sent home with your student. Deadline to return forms is October 18th. Extra copies of the order form are available in the office.
Purchase tickets online at the Niemes PTA Fall Festival Website; tickets will be sent home with your student. Last day to purchase tickets online is October 18th
Buy tickets in person, before school and after dismissal, in front of the MPR on October 21st- October 24th or in the evening from 5:30p-6p on Tuesday October 22nd and Thursday October 24th (cash and cards accepted)
These packages will NOT be on sale the night of the event! Tickets at the event can be purchased for $1/each (cash and cards accepted). Please note that wristbands may ONLY be used for inflatable entry, not for games, food or other activities. Keep reading for a list of ticket prices to estimate how many you may need for the night.
We’re excited to share that a wide variety of delicious food options will be available at the festival. Stay tuned for the full menu of mouth-watering treats!
And don’t forget to save some time to enjoy the array of fun activities we have planned. There will be something for everyone to enjoy, so make sure you don’t miss out!
Trunk or Treat
Get ready to walk through the Trunk or Treat trail and visit each creatively decorated car for some sweet treats! Make sure to bring a bag to carry all your delicious goodies.
And don’t forget to cast your vote for your favorite car — your choice might just win a prize!
Inflatables
Get ready to race through the inflatable obstacle courses! To save time, bring a signed waiver with you—copies are available at the pre-sale ticket table. Participants must wear a wristband, which will be given once their waiver is signed. Remember, you need this wristband to enter the inflatable attractions. No wristband, no entry!
Free Photo Booth
Stop by the photo booth and take home a FREE memory of the fabulous night you had at the Niemes Fall Festival!

TRUNK OR TREAT
The PTA is looking for more Trunk or Treat cars! Sign up today to decorate your car and hand out treats. You don’t need to bring your own candy—treats will be provided, though donations are welcome. Make sure your car arrives by 5:45 PM and stays until 8:30 PM. An adult must be present with your car throughout the event. Fall Festival attendees will vote for their favorite car, and prizes will be awarded to the winners. Register now to join in the fun! Register here.
FEED THE CANDY MONSTER
We’re also in need of Trunk or Treat donations! The PTA Candy Monster is eagerly awaiting your treats in the office. Drop off your donations to receive a FREE entry pass to the Trunk or Treat area. Be sure to write your student’s name and teacher on each bag. The class that brings in the most treats by weight will win a special Halloween party! Check the Candyland Race board in front of the school next week to see the leading class. Thank you for your support!
VOLUNTEERS
The PTA needs your help to make this event a success! You can contribute by donating candy, volunteering during the event, or signing up to decorate your car for Trunk or Treat. SUPPORT
Many of our teachers, clubs, and student council will have booths at the event to raise funds for their groups. Keep an eye out for more details from your teachers on how you can support them.
